At Between The Lines Tutoring, we are dedicated to bringing the best service for our customers, in order to do so, we are looking for tutors who can pass on their knowledge to allow their students the highest chance of smashing their goals out of the park.

Application Process

1. If you are interested in becoming a tutor with us, send your CV along with proof your qualifications - GCSEs, A-Levels, and any other qualifications achieved - to admin@betweenthelinestutoring.com
2. We will review these documents and get back to you within 10-15 working days to let you know your progress.
3. If successful, we will conduct an interview, within which the following will come up:
   1. Motivations - e.g. Why do you want to tutor? Why do you want to teach the subject/s chosen?
   2. Skills Based Questions - 3 questions to choose from relating to your subject, which you will be informed about beforehand to ensure you have the time to study it, and you will need to show how you would teach this to a student.
   3. Questions relating to working environment - e.g. teaching students
4. After the interview, we will inform you regarding the outcome within 1 week to inform you of the outcome.
5. Background Checks - To ensure the well-being of all of our students, we will require a background check to be undertaken.
6. Once this step has been passed, you can let us know your availability and begin your tutoring journey with Between The Lines Tutoring!
